Customer Service

In today’s economic climate and fierce competition for a larger share of the business market, it is becoming increasingly more important for all staff to have complete knowledge of customer service. It has been proven that once the customer is happy with the level of service they receive they will repeatedly use that service over and over again.

The course lasts approximately one day and is aimed at all levels of your employees. We teach your staff that the most important thing is to look after their customers’ needs. In the course we will show them what could happen to the business if the customer is unsatisfied with the service level they receive. We also teach them how to recover from a situation where the customer is unhappy by regaining the confidence of the customer so they use your business again.

We also train them that if something does go wrong with the customer service level, the most damaging thing they can do to the business is to blame any level of the company. It is vital that they are taught not to do this as it could cost the company loss of customers and thousands of pounds to the business which, in turn, could lead to a threat to their own jobs.
